How do I book a session?
You can book a session with us by either sending an email or a WhatsApp message.
Do you offer offline sessions?
No, currently I am offering only online counseling sessions for clients worldwide. Sessions are held via video call, and you can schedule based on your time zone.
Do you work with minors?

What are the charges?

What should I expect during the first counseling session?
During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. This session is an opportunity for you to share your concerns and for me to understand how I can best support you. There’s no pressure to dive too deep right away, everything moves at your comfort level.
What if I’m nervous about starting therapy?
It’s normal to feel nervous before starting therapy, especially if it’s your first time. I’m here to make you feel safe, understood, and comfortable. We’ll take everything step by step, and there’s no pressure to open up more than you’re ready to.
Can I cancel/reschedule a session?
Yes, life happens! You can cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may need that time slot. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.
What issues can counseling help with?
I provide counseling for anxiety, stress, depression, grief, anger management, family issues, relationship issues, work-life conflicts, trauma, transition and adjustment issues, personal growth, etc.
Will I receive an invoice for my sessions?
Yes, I will provide an invoice for sessions upon request.
How long will therapy take?
There’s no set timeline for therapy, as it’s a personalized journey. Some clients may notice improvement after a few sessions, while others may prefer to work through deeper issues over several months.
