By booking a session through this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

• The services offered are online counseling sessions intended to support mental and emotional wellbeing.
• We do not provide crisis intervention or support for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or severe mental health crises.
• If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact your local emergency services, a suicide prevention helpline, or a licensed crisis counselor.
• We are also not a substitute for medical or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• If you are experiencing severe mental health concerns, please seek immediate assistance from a licensed mental health/medical professional.
  
  

2. Session Details
Each session is 50 minutes long and conducted online via video call. Details will be shared after booking.

3. Fees & Payment
All session fees must be paid in advance to confirm your booking. Fees are non-transferable and applicable only to the booked session or selected session plan.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be charged in full
• Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable
  
  

5. Session Plans
Session plans (4 or 8 sessions) are to be used within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 2-3 months unless otherwise discussed). They are non-refundable once started.

6. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. However, confidentiality may be ethically and legally limited in situations involving risk of harm to self or others, or where disclosure is required by law.

7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time and ensuring a stable internet connection and private space during sessions.

8. Scope of Practice
If at any point your needs fall outside the scope of online counseling, appropriate referrals may be suggested.

9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
